A successful managed services solution requires
satisfied suppliers.
Our services not only focus on working well with our
clients but working well with our network of suppliers.
We accomplish this by providing the means of effective
and responsive communication between all parties. Our
communication will include sufficient details on job
requirements, prompt and sufficient candidate

and sharing vendor performance. Vendor performance
will be tracked through key performance metrics, which
will include number of qualified
candidates sourced, average fill time, average response
time, percentage of jobs completed satisfactorily, and
other relevant metrics as deemed relevant for each
business unit or function.
