Prior to Northern Light Technology, Mr. Meredith he served as a national sales leader within the Lexis-Nexis, Xerox and IBM organizations. At Genesis, Mr. Meredith is responsible for operations, strategic planning and developing business partnerships.

Ms. Church has been in the recruiting industry since 1995, she is the Original Founder of Genesis Global Recruiting, Inc. Prior to starting Genesis Global Recruiting, Inc. She worked for a recruiting firm in Miami for almost five years handling Permanent Placement, Temp to Hire, Contract Hires, and Technical Recruiting. After having a successful career and track record in the recruiting industry she decided to go on her own and begin Genesis. Her vision for Genesis and passion for the recruiting industry has led her from a one person recruiting firm into a diverse organization with multiple locations. Genesis was started with the idea of a new beginning for Ms. Church, Organizations, and Individuals. Our focus is making the right fit for both parties and really getting to know our clients and candidates so we can assist in Company Growth as well as Personal Growth. Ms. Church has experience working with Small, Medium, and Fortune 500 companies placing everything from Receptionists to CEO level on a National Level.

Andy Siegel, Esq. has a very accomplished background in Law, Information Services, Advertising, Publishing, Compliance and Legal Marketing. Andy started his career as Associate Counsel for the New York State Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District where he prosecuted attorney misconduct. Thereafter, Andy worked as an Associate at the New York law firm of Brennan, Fabriani and Novernstern in the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Practice Group. Andy has also worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Lexis-Nexis, Regional Sales Director for OneSource Information Services, Regional Sales Manager for Thomson Findlaw/Thomson West, Sales Director for LRN – The Legal Knowledge Company, Senior Director for Martindale-Hubbell, Vice President of Sales for REIS and Vice-President of Sales & Business Development for Questia, Inc. Andy is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut.
